A security bar, gate or grille can be used where permanent and high level security is required for windows and doors on homes & commercial properties.
Fixed security bars are usually fitted where there is no requirement to open the window. When access is required to windows either a hinged gate/grille should be used.
Bar gates & grilles are unobtrusive, yet offer the highest level of security.
Security bars are made to measure, and are powder coated to various colours. We also can make ornate designs and scrollwork for bars/grilles.
All bars/grills are fitted using tamper resistant fixings.
Mesh Grilles are cost effective and lightweight; also offer alternative security to heavier bars and collapsible gates.
The installation of security mesh prevents entry by the windows being smashed and deters the opening of handles or door latches through broken glass.
Roller Shutters
Roller shutters are one way of preventing uninvited entry. Fitted above any door or window, security shutters work on a spring loaded shutter with option of a galvanised steel or perforated lathe cladding giving total security. Suitable for face or reveal fix applications. Supplied manually or electrically operated.
All of roller shutters are fitted with safety cut out breaks, CE marked and conform BS EN 13241 – 3; 2003. It is illegal to install or have installed shutters that do not conform to these specifications.
